Refund policy
Returns and Refunds:
if you receive a product that was damaged during shipping please contact us immediately. We offer full credit minus the original shipping cost to our store for damaged products. You may return an unopened/unused product for store credit within 7 days of receipt of shipment (shipping not included.)
Custom Bridal Gowns are non-refundable and returnable as per the contract each purchaser will receive. Please email shawna@sansarcculture.com with any questions

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or
damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special, custom orders, personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds on sale items or gift cards.
Shipping
Most items will ship within 5 business days, excluding bridal gowns and custom-made clothing, which will be discussed at the time of deposit/purchase. Any delay in shipping will be communicated by email within 5 days of purchase.
